Job Description
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote chit fund products, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Campaign Management: Oversee digital, print, and field marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and customer outreach.
- Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition, registrations, renewals, and collections for chit schemes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor marketing teams, managing performance and ensuring effective operations.
- Budget & Performance: Manage marketing budgets, track campaign ROI, and report on sales performance to senior management.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with company guidelines and financial service regulations.
