Research Associate

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in business research, market analysis, and strategy. The candidate will work closely with senior management on data-driven projects — from preparing market reports to supporting business decisions through research insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed research on industries, competitors, and emerging trends.

Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

Assist in strategic business planning and data interpretation.

Coordinate with different departments for data collection and project execution.

Visit the Head Office in Tirupur once a month for 3–4 days for review and presentation.

Who Can Apply:

MBA (Marketing / International Business / Operations / Finance) or equivalent.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools preferred.
