Qualifications:
· Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in the Interior/Furniture industry.
· Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in a relevant field Preferred, Candidates with Relevant Experience can also Apply.
· Skills: Strong communication skills in English and the local language, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Client Relations: Build and maintain ongoing relationships with both existing and new clients. Engage walk-in clients, understand their design requirements, and present products and design solutions effectively.
· Sales & Business Development: Organize sales visits and meetings with architects, identify new business opportunities, and manage daily orders. Ensure successful negotiation and closure of deals.
· Showroom Management: Conduct showroom tours for walk-in clients, familiarize them with product offerings and company values, and provide personalized recommendations.
· Design & Presentation: Collaborate with internal design coordinators to ensure effective designs are generated and presented to clients.
· Target Achievement: Plan, strategize, and set monthly sales targets. Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve these targets.
· Reporting: Prepare and present End-of-Day (EOD) reports and monthly sales reports to the management.
· Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support: Manage pre-sales activities, including bookings and payments, and oversee post-sales activities such as material delivery support.
· Site Coordination: Interact with site coordinators to ensure sites are ready for installations.
· Networking: Build the brand with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders.
· Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, implement effective systems and processes, and drive overall team performance.
Requirements:
· Field and Showroom Work: Willingness to work both in the field and showroom, including visits to architects, clients, and sites.
· Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage client and architect relationships effectively.
· Experience Preference: Preference for candidates with prior experience in the furniture industry.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
· Travel: Ready to travel for official purposes as required.
