Secretary / Executive Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) / Personal Assistant to work closely with the CEO. The EA will manage the CEO’s daily schedule, follow-ups, and next steps after discussions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Track follow-ups and next steps after discussions.
• Coordinate emails, calls, and messages professionally and timely.
• Prepare and manage important documents and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Core Requirements:

• Fluent in Malayalam, Tamil, and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as EA/PA or similar role preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and reporting.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing senior management schedules.
