Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine, scheduled, and emergency repairs to prevent equipment breakdown.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identifying technical issues, diagnosing, and fixing equipment failures.
- Installation & Commissioning: Setting up and testing new machinery at client sites to ensure proper operation.
- Customer Support: Providing technical advice, training clients on safe operation, and addressing queries.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and updating user manuals.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, regulations, and risk assessment procedures.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as engineering, sales, and support, to resolve issues.
