Job Description
oversees daily retail operations, leading staff, managing inventory, ensuring top-notch customer service, and driving sales to meet financial goals, handling everything from hiring and training to merchandising and budget control to ensure smooth, profitable store performance. - Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees; motivate the team and handle performance issues.
- Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, analyze data, manage budgets, and maximize revenue.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, conduct counts, manage displays, and minimize losses.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional experiences, resolve complaints, set service standards, and build customer loyalty.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily routines, maintain store appearance, enforce policies, and ensure health, safety, and security compliance.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare financial reports, track trends, and liaise with headquarters on marketing and business plans.
