Store Manager

• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees; motivate the team and handle performance issues.
• Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, analyze data, manage budgets, and maximize revenue.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, conduct counts, manage displays, and minimize losses.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional experiences, resolve complaints, set service standards, and build customer loyalty.
• Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily routines, maintain store appearance, enforce policies, and ensure health, safety, and security compliance.
