Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive business growth, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving branch targets, maintaining compliance, and representing the company at the local level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all branch operations and activities
• Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve performance targets
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer acquisition
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Handle branch budgeting, expense control, and profitability
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with head office on reports, targets, and strategy execution
• Resolve customer issues, escalations, and operational challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local stakeholders
• Review branch performance regularly and implement improvement plans
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities
• Ability to analyze reports, targets, and financial data
• Good knowledge of operational processes and compliance standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
• Experience Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in managing a team and branch-level operations preferred
