Candidates who enquire will be interested in overseas opportunities. Your role is to clearly explain the job details, recruitment process, documentation requirements, and visa timeline. You must ensure candidates fully understand how and when the visa process will happen.

This is a performance-based role — the more serious candidates you convert, the higher your income.

• Build trust and answer candidate questions honestly
• Follow up with serious candidates
• Convert enquiries into confirmed candidates
• Maintain basic lead tracking
• Requirements : Female candidate
• Experience in telecalling / telesales
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Fluent in Tamil (English/Hindi is a plus)
• Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Able to handle objections professionally
• CompensationSalary is negotiable
• Minimum ₹2,000 per successfully converted candidate
• No earning limit — higher performance means higher income
