Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Banking Outbound Telesales Executive to promote and sell banking products through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while adhering to banking compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and insurance
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM systems
• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and internal policies
• Follow up with customers for documentation and lead conversion
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
