Job Title: Education Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses, colleges, and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about higher education options

• Explain available courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structures

• Help students choose suitable colleges and programs based on their interests and academic background

• Follow up with students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings

• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission processes

• Maintain student records and update enquiry details regularly

• Build strong relationships with students and parents

• Achieve admission targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of colleges, courses, and admission procedures

• Ability to handle students and parents professionally

• Proficiency in English and Tamil

• Basic computer knowledge and experience in MS Office

• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or admissions is preferred
