Unit Manager

Role Overview:The Unit Manager is responsible for building, managing, and leading a team to achieve business targets. The role involves recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and driving sales growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Advisors
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets
• Motivate and guide the team to improve productivity
• Monitor individual and team performance
• Support team members in client acquisition and service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and reviews
• Maintain reports and MIS for management review
