Job Description

Nature of Work:

* Telecalling & WhatsApp customer support for eMedQue app users

* Handling subscription, login, payment and technical queries

* Follow-up with failed payment users in a polite and professional manner

* Maintaining daily call & response reports

* Coordinating with the internal support team for issue resolution


Working Hours:

* Monday to Saturday: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

* Sunday: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM


Requirements:

* Good communication in English & Tamil

* Basic smartphone & app knowledge

* Patient, polite and customer-friendly attitude

* Reliable internet connection & headset
