Job Description

• Adhere to Pet Hospital and pet store policies and procedures. • Greet clients and visitors and provide information about hospital and pet shop services and etc., • Answer the phone calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate staff. • Management of phone calls and enquiries. • Handle the customer or client properly. • Handle the customer or client polite and calm. • Explain information needs to clients/participants. • Provide excellent customer service & Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Answering multi-line phone and transferring calls to direct and departments. • Explaining about the fees structure about products, consultation, boarding and etc., • Differentiating routine cases from emergency cases. • Scheduling appointment to doctor consultation, grooming and etc., • Boarding enquiries and appointments should accurately explain the fees and duration. • Collect client information and ensure accuracy of records. • Process payments and maintain accurate appointment records. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Office, Sale area and Pet waiting area. • Keep updated required records and maintaining day to day. • Office expenses costs recorded with approval. • Maintains petty cash with proper follow-up and proper accounting. • Maintaining the confidentiality of patient and doctor information. • Maintaining proper Billing Handover/take over. • Follow up the proper cash closing at working time. • Front office proper hygiene practices needed in every day. • Implement, promote and follow the company ethics and standards. • Assist to doctor, salesperson and billing etc., • Assists in stock management and inventory. • Reports are following. (Laboratory, Imaging service and etc.,) • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required. • Follow the Registers. (Grooming, Appointments, Billing and Enquiry etc.,)
