Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Field Sales

Location: Tumakuru

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and visit logistics companies, transporters, and fleet owners to promote BlackBuck’s services and digital solutions.
• Explain product offerings, technology-driven features, and pricing structures to potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
• Generate qualified leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into active clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account activation.
• Collect market insights and feedback to support continuous business improvement.
• Maintain and submit accurate daily/weekly sales and activity reports.
• Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Prior experience in field sales, logistics, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of logistics or transport industry preferred.
