Job Description

Managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment (sourcing, hiring) and onboarding to payroll & benefits, performance management, training & development, ensuring legal compliance, fostering positive employee relations, and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a productive and supportive workplace



HR Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Identifying needs, sourcing candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and hiring.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Integrating new hires and managing departures smoothly.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Performance Management: Setting goals, conducting appraisals, providing feedback, and facilitating promotions.
  • Training & Development: Organizing skill-building, leadership programs, and career growth opportunities.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, fostering culture, and managing disciplinary actions.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies (like POSH).
  • Health & Safety: Maintaining a safe workplace and supporting employee wellness. 

HR Roles:

  • HR Executive/Officer: Handles daily operations, supporting various HR functions.
  • HR Business Partner (HRBP): Aligns HR strategy with specific business units, acting as a consultant to managers and teams.
  • Employee Relations Specialist: Focuses on conflict resolution, policy enforcement, and fair treatment.
  • Talent Acquisition Specialist: Specializes in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Learning & Development Specialist: Designs and delivers training programs.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administrator: Manages compensation, benefits, and related systems. 

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Alignment: Developing HR initiatives that support overall business objectives.
  • Data & Reporting: Providing insights on workforce trends, performance, and engagement.
  • Employee Engagement: Creating programs and a culture that boosts morale and retention.
