Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our client requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements from clients and internal teams
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database and follow-up till joining
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports
• Handle offer coordination and joining formalities

Target🎯 Minimum 5 candidate selections per week is mandatory.

• Required SkillsGood communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Ability to handle multiple positions at a time
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
