About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating high-quality leads, optimizing ad performance, and delivering measurable ROI. Experience working with long-term clients and maintaining ongoing campaign success is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Execute lead-generation campaigns with a strong focus on conversions and cost efficiency.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimisation strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
• Proven track record of running successful performance campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience working with clients whose campaigns are still active or sustained over time.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage budgets effectively.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in landing page optimization or CRO tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
• Experience running remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
