Job Description
- *Role*: make outbound calls to prospects/customers, explain products/services, book appointments, and follow up on leads.
- *Key tasks*: dial daily target lists, log call outcomes in CRM, handle objections, share brochures via WhatsApp/email, meet conversion targets.
- *Requirements*: fluent in Kannada & English (Hindi a plus), good phone etiquette, 0-2 yr experience, basic computer skills.
- *Preferred*: prior telesales or customer-service work, pleasant voice, ability to work evenings/weekends if needed.
