Job Description – Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Vasanthanarasapura, Tumkur

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily accounting transactions
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and expense statements
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Manage GST returns, TDS compliance, and statutory filings
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication and time management abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in end-to-end accounting operations
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and reporting standards
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
