Qualification                      : B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (preferred)

Experience                        : 5–10 years in Accounts & Finance (manufacturing experience preferred)

Skill Required                   : ERP exposure (SAP/any ERP)

Role Purpose :

To manage end-to-end accounting operations for the plant/company, ensure timely month-end closing, statutory compliance (GST/TDS), accurate MIS, strong internal controls, and smooth coordination with auditors, banks, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

-         Accounting Operations & Month-End Closing

-         Banking, Support working capital reporting requirements (stock/receivable statements, confirmations, bank queries).

-         GST compliance: GSTR-1/3B review support, ITC reconciliation (2B vs books), vendor follow-ups for mismatches, handling notices.

-         TDS compliance: deductions, timely payments, quarterly returns, Form 16A support.

-         Statutory requirements as applicable (PF/ESI/PT/Professional tax coordination with HR/consultants).

-         Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, GST audit and ensure timely closure of audit points

-         Knowledge in preparation of financial statement Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements
