Job Description
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Weld as per approved WPS & drawings
* Ensure weld quality meets visual & dimensional standards
* Prepare, clean, and inspect workpieces
* Maintain welding operation records
* Support production targets & teamwork
💪 Skills & Competencies:
* Proficient in GMAW/GTAW welding
* Able to read technical drawings & symbols
* Knowledge of welding defects & prevention
* Quality-focused, punctual, and cooperative
🎓 Qualifications:
* ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fitter, or related trade
* Min. 3 years experience in fabrication (freshers with good skills may apply)
