Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software, Tally ERP, and other billing software. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, billing, GST compliance, and financial records.
- ✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day accounting entries in BUSY / Tally
- Sales & Purchase invoice billing
- GST filing & return preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Bank reconciliation (BRS)
- Ledger & account reconciliation
- Managing accounts receivable & payable
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- E-way bill generation
- TDS calculation & entries
- Coordination with CA for compliance
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of BUSY Software
- Experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Good understanding of GST & taxation
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
