🔹 About the CompanyOLTAO is a premium designer fan brand based in Udaipur. We specialize in luxury ceiling fans, cassette fans, wall fans, and innovative cooling solutions. We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented professional to manage accounts and inventory operations efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🧾 Accounting & Finance

• Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Bank, Cash)
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Prepare weekly & monthly financial reports for management
• Maintain GST records and coordinate with CA
• Track receivables & payables
• Monitor cash flow and expense control
• Provide financial clarity to Director whenever required

📦 Inventory Management

• Maintain daily stock in & out records
• Track raw materials, fan parts, and finished goods
• Maintain container-wise inward stock records
• Coordinate with store & production team for stock verification
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits
• Prepare inventory status reports

📊 Reporting & Analysis

• Provide clear financial summary reports
• Maintain profit margin tracking sheet
• Assist in cost calculation per product model
• Identify discrepancies in stock or accounts
• Maintain proper documentation and digital records

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho / Busy or similar accounting software
• Good command over MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST
• Good English communication skills
• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
