Job Title: AADM – Associate Agency Development Manager

CTC Range: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Location: Udaipur

Job Purpose: To recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors and drive life insurance business through the Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors.

• Train, motivate, and develop advisors for business generation.
• Drive sales targets through advisor productivity.
• Conduct joint field calls and customer meetings.
• Ensure achievement of monthly & annual business targets.
• Maintain persistency and quality of business.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI norms and company policies.

CLEAN Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

C – City Stability

• Minimum 24 months stay in the same city.

L – Loyalty

• Average employment tenure must be minimum 12 months.
• (Total months worked ÷ Number of companies served)

E – Experience

• Minimum 12 months of field sales experience in any industry.

A – Academic Qualification

• Minimum Graduate (10+2+3 mandatory).

N – Non-Negotiable Documents & Compliance

• No active agency license.
• PAN Card & Aadhaar Card mandatory.
• PF enrollment details required.
• Relieving letters & last 3 months’ salary slips mandatory.

Very Important Notes:

1.Candidate must be drawing incentive of not less than ₹25,000 in last 12 months with valid documentary proof.

2.Candidates from ANY industry are preferable (Sales background required).
