Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. You will assist in architectural design, drafting, 3D modelling, and project coordination while gaining hands-on experience in real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and research to gather relevant project data.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project feasibility and adherence to design requirements.
• Support the preparation of detailed working drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings and project approvals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong design and visualization skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the architectural field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience in an architectural firm is a plus.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and green building principles.
