We are hiring associate agency development managers to build and manage a team of life insurance advisors. The role involves recruiting agents, training them, driving sales through the agency channel, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
• Train, motivate, and manage agency partners
• Drive life insurance sales and achieve targets
• Support agents in lead generation and customer acquisition
• Build strong relationships with agents and customers

Eligibility:

• Experience in sales, field sales, or insurance preferred
• Strong communication and team-handling skills
• Willingness to work in the field

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
