🔧 Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (5+ years) to handle execution, supervision, and coordination of ongoing construction projects in Udaipur, including Railway and Government works.

The candidate should be strong in site execution, labour handling, and contractor coordination, with the ability to manage work independently.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🏗 Site Execution & SupervisionHandle day-to-day site activities (civil + finishing works)

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality, progress, and workmanship on site

👷 Labour & Contractor ManagementManage labour teams, supervisors, and subcontractors

• Ensure proper productivity and discipline on site
• Resolve on-site issues quickly

📐 Measurement & BillingTake measurements and prepare RA bills

• Maintain work progress records
• Coordinate with billing team / office

📊 Planning & CoordinationPlan daily and weekly work schedules

• Coordinate with vendors for material supply
• Ensure timely execution as per project deadlines

📋 Documentation & ReportingMaintain site records (DPR, material consumption, labour report)

• Report daily progress to head office / management
• Ensure compliance with project requirements

⚠️ Quality & SafetyEnsure quality standards are maintained

• Follow safety practices at site
• Check material quality before use

🎯 Candidate Requirements✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil construction

✔ Experience in Government / Railway / PSU projects preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of site execution & drawings

✔ Ability to manage site independently

💻 Skills Required

• Basic AutoCAD understanding
• MS Excel / measurement knowledge
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication with labour & clients

🚗 Other RequirementsReady for site-based job (Udaipur)

• Must be active, responsible, and practical
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

💰 Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (based on experience)
