Job Overview:

Ashapurna Logistics is hiring a skilled Computer Operator to manage and analyze operational data related to logistics and supply chain activities. The candidate will handle large datasets, generate MIS reports, prepare dashboards, and maintain accurate digital records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze large Excel data sheets
• Prepare daily MIS reports and operational dashboards
• Billing management and stock sheet preparation
• Vehicle tracking and dispatch coordination data
• Maintain accurate digital and operational records
• Data consolidation from multiple sources
• Improve workflow using AI tools for automation

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, Data Consolidation, Dashboards)
• Power BI Reporting
• MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive)
• Internet and Email Operations
• Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT/Copilot for productivity enhancement
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Logistics, Transport, Warehouse, or Operations
• Fast typing and efficient computer handling skills
• Ability to manage multi-source data accurately
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
