Key Responsibilities
Menu Development & Execution
Design and curate innovative dishes across Chinese, North Indian, Continental, and South Indian cuisines.
Develop seasonal and specialty menus to enhance guest experience.
Kitchen Operations
Supervise daily food preparation and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control while maintaining quality.
Quality control
Maintain portion control, taste consistency, and plating aesthetics.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a chef specializing in multi-cuisine kitchens.
Strong knowledge of Chinese, North Indian, Continental, and South Indian cooking techniques.
Ability to manage kitchen operations, staff, and inventory efficiently.
