Overview:-

A customer support Officer, also called a customer service representative, is a frontline employee who directly interacts with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about a company's products or services, with the primary goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with the brand; they often act as the first point of contact for customers

Key Responsibilities :-

Contact customers who have abandoned their carts through phone calls or SMS, engaging them in a friendly and professional manner to

Persuade customers to finalize their purchases by highlighting product benefits, offering discounts, or providing additional incentives where applicable.

Be well-versed in the company's range of personal care products to answer customer queries, recommend alternatives, and suggest complementary items.

Build rapport with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood, which in turn helps to foster brand loyalty and future sales.

Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistency in messaging, promotions, and customer care.

Key Requirements:-

Good Communication Skills

Minimum 0-6 months of experience in customer support.

Graduate/Diploma

Good understanding of Customer Service.

Immediate joiners preferred
