Onsite Resident Engineer (Cyber Butler)

Key Focus Area - Wi-Fi Network Support 

Responsibilities:

1. L1 Support for Jio CPE infra in Hotel.
2. L1 Support for Resident, Non-Resident Guests & Belvedere
3. L1 Support for Hotel Staff for “Team Internet”
4. Wi-Fi assistance for Events/Conferences.
5. First point of contact for Troubleshooting WiFI network related Incidents
6. Escort Field/Jio engineers during incident/Project Work.
7. Ensure Periodic Wi-Fi Audits for Guest Rooms.
8. L1 Support for the Managed Services offered by the Jio

Qualification: B.Sc. / BE /B Tech

Work experience: 1-3 Years 

CCNA trained Preferred

Excellent communications skill to handle premium users
