About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will work on-ground to onboard retail stores for advertising with our company. This role involves daily field visits, pitching advertising solutions to shop owners, and closing deals. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working independently, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail stores across assigned areas in Udaipur on a daily basis

• Pitch the company’s advertising offerings to shop owners and decision-makers
• Convince retailers to place advertisements with the company
• Negotiate pricing and close advertising deals
• Maintain daily records of store visits, leads, and conversions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers
• Coordinate with the internal team for ad execution and follow-ups
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or on-ground marketing

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily travel
• Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp, and simple reporting tools
• Local market knowledge of Udaipur is a strong advantage
