Job Role And Responsibilities:

• Handle Home Loan Leads Provided By Bank Of Baroda

• Visit Customers In The Field And Explain Home Loan Products

• Convert Assigned Leads Into Successful Disbursements

• Do Partial Self-Sourcing To Generate Additional Business

• Coordinate With Bank Teams For Login, Processing, And Disbursement

• Collect And Verify Customer Documents As Per Bank Norms

• Ensure Timely Follow-Up With Customers To Close Cases

• Maintain Proper MIS And Daily Sales Reporting

• Achieve Monthly Targets Assigned By The Company

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 6 Months In Home Loan Sales

• Experience In Field Sales Is Mandatory

• Good Communication And Customer Handling Skills

• Ability To Travel And Work In The Field

• Local Market Knowledge Of Udaipur Or Bikaner Preferred
