Loan Officer

Job Summary:

We are hiring Relationship Officers for our expanding sales team. The role involves sourcing and managing customers for banking and financial products, generating business through field sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert sales opportunities for banking and financial products
• Source customers through field activities, references, and market visits
• Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth processing of loan applications
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursement
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Products to Handle:

• Auto Loan
• Home Loan
• Business Loan
• Personal Loan
• MAB (EDC)

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
• Age: 18 to 35 years
• Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply)
• Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred

• Knowledge of local language is mandatory; English is an added advantage
• Two-wheeler preferred
