• Training of all new refillers.
• Regularly ensuring that all the refillers are following proper refilling procedures.
• Ensuring that the machines are always clean (both interior & exterior) & are working properly.
• Helping customers if they are having a problem with the machine.
• Checking product expiry & MRP regularly.
• Explaining to customers how to report their problems.
• Check the proper name of the product in the software while putting it in the machine.
• Maintaining the decorum at the offices wherever you visit.
• List the exact quantity in the refiller and get it checked after refilling as well.
• Take proper feedback from customers and report the same to the senior manager.
