**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Salesman to join our retail team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales of our consumer electronics and appliances. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in a leading company within the FMCG and consumer appliances industry.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner at the sales counter.

*  Provide detailed information about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

*  Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on their requirements.

*  Process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage billing.

*  Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

*  Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter and display area.

*  Address customer queries and provide excellent post-sales service.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

*  **Experience:** Freshers are welcome and strongly encouraged to apply.

*  **Skills:**

  *  Proven ability in B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales.

  *  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  *  A customer-oriented and persuasive attitude.

*  **Languages:** Proficiency in **Hindi** and **Punjabi** is required. Basic English skills are a plus.

*  **Industry Preference:** Candidates with an interest in Consumer Electronics, Appliances, or FMCG are preferred.

**What We Offer:**

*  **Salary:** ₹10,000 - ₹19,500 per month.

  *  **Fixed Component:** ₹10,000 - ₹13,500 per month.

  *  **Performance-Based Incentive:** Up to ₹6,000 per month.
