We’re Hiring: Property / Operations Manager – Goyahills📍 Location: Udaipur (Onsite)

💼 Experience: 2–6 Years

🎓 Education: Hotel Management (Preferred / Required)

🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Property / Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Goyahills (villa & event property).

The ideal candidate should have a background in hotel management and experience in handling guest experience, operations, and team coordination.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the villa/property

• Ensure exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest coordination
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and on-ground staff
• Coordinate with the sales team for event bookings and execution
• Ensure smooth handling of events, parties, and property bookings
• Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and service quality
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution

🔹 RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Hotel Management

• 1–4 years of experience in hospitality / hotel / villa management
• Strong communication and guest-handling skills
• Ability to manage teams and operations independently
• Flexible and proactive approach to handling on-ground challenges
