Production Operator

Position:- Production Engineer(API Plant)

Location :- Udaipur

Salary Range:- 2.25 - 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Production

·      Check labels and status of raw materials, solvents, and packing materials.

·      Follow BPR and SOP for batch charging, monitoring, and process operations.

·      Maintain proper storage and environmental conditions in production areas.

·      Report deviations or abnormalities to the Shift In-Charge.

·      Perform packing/repacking and ensure contamination-free handling.

·      Operate plant equipment safely and follow gowning procedures.

Documentation

·      Complete online BPR entries, equipment usage logs, cleaning records, and area monitoring records accurately.

·      Maintain differential pressure and centrifuge bag records.

cGMP

·      Support operators in powder processing activities.

·      Ensure product quality, yield, cleanliness, and proper labeling.

·      Update equipment status boards and maintain reconciliation of materials.

·      Participate in cGMP and safety trainings.

Safety

·      Follow MSDS guidelines and ensure safe chemical handling.

·      Coordinate with EHS for safety permits and use pollution control systems properly.

Wastage Control

·      Avoid solvent/material spillage and shut off utilities when not required.

Coordination

·      Coordinate with QC for analysis reports and with Engineering for maintenance needs.
