### Role Overview

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for complete outlet operations including sales, staff management, inventory control, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role requiring ownership, discipline, and execution excellence.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Operations Management

- Oversee daily outlet operations ensuring smooth service during all shifts 

- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and service 

- Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation 

#### Team Management

- Hire, train, and manage kitchen and service staff 

- Create shift schedules and manage attendance 

- Enforce discipline, accountability, and performance standards 

- Handle staff conflicts and ensure a productive work environment 

#### Sales & Customer Experience

- Ensure fast service and high customer satisfaction 

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues proactively 

- Monitor daily sales and work on improving conversions and average order value 

#### Inventory & Cost Control

- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control 

- Track daily consumption and ensure no pilferage 

- Maintain food cost within defined targets 

#### Hygiene & Compliance

- Ensure outlet cleanliness and food safety standards at all times 

- Maintain compliance with local food safety regulations 

- Conduct regular checks for kitchen and equipment hygiene 

#### Reporting & Accountability

- Maintain daily reports: sales, expenses, inventory, and staff performance 

- Share insights and improvements with management 

- Take ownership of outlet profitability

### Requirements

- 1–3 years experience in QSR, café, or restaurant management 

- Strong leadership and people management skills 

- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours 

- Basic understanding of inventory and cost control 

- Problem-solving mindset with high ownership 

- Fluent in Hindi (English is a plus)
