Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional spa therapies such as body massages, facials, and scrubs
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain spa equipment
• Explain treatments, after-care, and wellness advice to clients
• Maintain client records and service details
• Upsell spa services and products when appropriate
• Follow spa policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
