Tender Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive with hands-on experience in GeM portal operations, online bidding, reverse auctions, and government/PSU tenders. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end tendering process for Government, PSU, and Private tenders

Operate and manage GeM Portal including product listing, BOQ participation, bidding, and order processing

Participate in online bidding & reverse auctions on GeM and other e-procurement portals

Search, identify, and analyze new tender opportunities daily

Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids as per tender requirements

Ensure compliance with tender terms, eligibility criteria, and statutory documents

Coordinate with accounts, production, logistics, and legal teams for required inputs

Track tender status, results, L1/L2 positions, and order confirmations

Maintain complete records of submitted tenders, EMDs, PBGs, and contracts

Handle post-tender activities including negotiations, order execution, and documentation

Keep updated with government procurement rules, GeM updates, and bidding norms

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of GeM Portal

Experience in bidding, reverse auction, and BOQ participation

Understanding of government procurement processes & compliance

Good knowledge of tender documentation (EMD, PBG, compliance sheets, declarations)

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
