Job Description
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing dishes, utensils, equipment; cleaning dining/kitchen areas; maintaining hygiene standards.
- Setup & Maintenance: Setting tables, stocking service stations, arranging cutlery, organizing supplies, managing waste.
- Guest Service: Greeting guests, refilling drinks, clearing tables, responding to basic requests, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
- Kitchen Support: Assisting cooks with basic food prep, receiving stock, organizing ingredients.
- Inventory & Reporting: Monitoring stock levels (cutlery, napkins, glasses), reporting shortages, and managing supplies.
- Safety & Compliance: Following all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (EHS).
