Resident Engineer

· Must be able to take decisions and lead the project, from inception to delivery.

· Must be able to manage delivery of projects from Civil, MEP & Interior Finishing projects, on time, within budget and with zero defects and to the satisfaction of the customer.

· Must be able to manage all sub-contractors to deliver quality works first time itself.

· Ability to do work from a PMC point of view. Should have good knowledge of Tendering, Project Planning, Billing and Execution, Project Management & Construction Works.

· Contract Management and site visit and reporting for critical issues.

· Document Management

· Reporting – DPR, WPR and MPR

· Should be able to review site progress as well as ensure necessary Quality and Safety requirements are strictly adhered to by the project team.

· Controller of the entire projects from inception to delivery.

· Must be able to prove delivery of projects on time and within budget with zero rectification works.

· Ability to do project planning and scheduling..

· Must be able to take decisions and lead the project.

· Should also have good communication skills to interact with both with client and sub-contractors.

· Should be a team player, leader and motivator to the project team.

· Excellent knowledge in MS Office, MS. Project and Auto Cad etc. is a must.

Required Candidate profile:

For the construction of institutional building in Assam. We require:

1. Engineers with experience in institutional/Commercial/Residential buildings.

2. Excellent knowledge in MS Office, MS. Project and Auto Cad is a must

3. Working experience in project management company is preferable
