Job Description
Banking Loan Collection Team Leader:
Lead, guide, and motivate the collection team to achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.
Allocate accounts to executives based on priority and region.
Ensure timely follow-up and recovery of overdue accounts.
Monitor daily collection reports and track payment performance.
Handle high-value and critical delinquent accounts personally
Negotiate with customers for repayment and settlement of dues.
Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate repayment solutions.
