Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves conducting in-person product demonstrations of our robotic vacuum cleaners at customer locations, capturing feedback, managing sales records, and ensuring successful lead generation and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer premises to conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and usage.

Engage customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product solutions.

Collect customer feedback during/after product demos and share insights with the team.

Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking.

Manage the entire sales cycle from demonstrations to deal closure.

Update and maintain accurate customer data, sales records, and follow-ups in CRM.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in direct sales/field sales (home appliances, consumer electronics, or related industry preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct engaging product demos and persuade customers.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and willingness to update records regularly.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred) / Diploma with relevant sales experience.
