Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our AI-based Tea Leaf Analysis Machine to tea estates, factories, agents, and cooperatives. The role involves field sales, product demos, client relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and visit tea estates, tea factories, leaf collection centers, and agents

• Explain and demonstrate the Tea Leaf Analyser product
• Convince customers about benefits, ROI, and accuracy
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate installation and onboarding with the technical team
• Maintain daily call, visit, and sales reports
• Collect customer feedback and market information
• Handle objections and close deals confidently
• Support post-sales customer relationship
• ✅ Daily Activity Target (Optional – You Can Add in Offer Letter)📞 20 calls per day
• 🏭 5 field visits per day
• 🖥️ 1 product demo per day
• ✅ Minimum 1 booking per day (Target-based)
• 🎓 QualificationAny Degree / Diploma (Engineering, Agriculture, Marketing preferred)
• Fresher or experienced in field sales / agri sales / machinery sales
• Experience in Tea Industry is a strong advantage
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• 🧠 Skills RequiredStrong communication in Tamil & basic English
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Field sales confidence
• Ability to travel continuously
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps & reporting
• Self-motivated and target-driven
