- Civil Engineering knowledge - Material knowledge ( concrete, steel, foundations, finishing works)
- Construction Drawings & Design - Ability to read interpret and explain drawings.
- Project Execution - Scheduling , work planning , and Monitoring.
- Safety Management - Site safety practices, risk management .
- Supervision of Labor and subcontractors.
- Checking Daily progress reports (DPR).
- Checking shuttering , reinforcement , concreting ,plastering and finishing progress and work.
- Material Management - Ensure timely procurement and proper use
