🎯 Role Overview

The Client Success Associate will manage post-onboarding client interactions for an HR Technology platform. The role focuses on supporting client representatives, ensuring smooth usage of the product, resolving queries through coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a non-sales, non-telecalling role, ideal for MBA candidates who want exposure to SaaS, HR Tech, and B2B client management.

🧠 Skills & Competencies

🔹 Must-Have :

• MBA (HR / Operations / Marketing / General Management)
• Good verbal & written English communication
• Basic experience (0.5 and not more than 2 years) in: Client handling/ Customer support/ HR
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, AI tools, Canva
