Must be Certified DRA (Deb Recovery Agent) Go to the customer’s home or business to remind them about overdue payments.
Confirm the borrower’s identity, address, and current situation.
Clearly inform the customer about pending loan amounts, interest, and penalties.
Receive payments through authorized methods and issue proper receipts.
