Sales Manager

1.      Analysis, correction and improvement measures for achieving the Branch sales targets (Two wheeler Sales )

2.      Defining responsibilities and sales targets for the Sales Team in the branch.

3.      Daily review of performance of sales staff and guiding / counseling and helping them in achieving their sales targets.

4.      Ensuring that proper processes and procedures are followed by the sales team with regards to complete documentation for sales registration, in-house financing …etc

5.      Ensuring that sales teams builds and maintains comprehensive data base of customers profile and prospects

6.      Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

7.      Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meeting ,training programs, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks

8.      Customer Management and satisfaction

9.      Reporting to Assistant General Manager- Marketing/Sales
